Victoria Karcher is an attorney with Gingras, Cates & Luebke. Her practice focuses on personal injury, professional malpractice, employment law, civil rights and class actions involving wage and hour violations.
While attending law school, Victoria had the incredible distinction of being an intern for The Honorable Barbara B. Crabb of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. During the clerkship, Victoria was able to see first-hand how federal courts work. Throughout law school, Victoria focused on gaining experience in the area of plaintiffs’ civil litigation. To that end, Victoria clerked for an Appleton firm that focused its practice on personal injury claims.
Victoria has also served as a mentor to undergraduate students majoring in Legal Studies at the UW and has participated in networking and panel events with the Legal Studies and Criminal Justice undergraduate programs at the UW.
Victoria has also clerked for the Indian law department of Wisconsin Judicare, helping provide legal services to low income persons. She also was provided the opportunity to intern for the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. with the Radiation Compensation Exposure Agency
In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, finding new running races to participate in, and being a big Wisconsin sports fan.
